According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bank of Suzhou (002966.SZ) announced that its major shareholder Suzhou International Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guofa Group") and its concerted parties, based on their confidence in the future development prospects of the bank and recognition of its long-term investment value, plan to increase their holdings by no less than RMB 400 million through the centralized bidding trading method via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system within 6 months starting from July 1, 2025
