According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KDL (002850.SZ) announced that its shareholder Yunnan Daye Shengde Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. ("Daye Shengde") plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 3.8249 million shares (accounting for 1.3985% of the company's total share capital) through block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
