According to the announcement from GRAND FIELD GP (00115), starting from June 30, 2025: Ms. Zhou Guihua (currently an executive director) has been appointed as a member of the company's nomination committee; Executive Director Mr. Ma Xuemian will no longer serve as a member of the nomination committee but will remain the chairman of the company's Environmental, Social and Governance Committee and a member of the company's Remuneration Committee
