According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WCE (001332.SZ) announced that the company plans to increase its capital in Jiangsu Runyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Runyang Co., Ltd.") by converting debt into equity through a holding platform, with a total debt-to-equity conversion amount of RMB 25.69 million. After the capital increase is completed, the company will indirectly hold approximately 1.4451 million shares of Runyang Co., Ltd. through the holding platform, accounting for approximately 0.2565% of the total share capital of Runyang Co., Ltd. after the conversion
