# Dong Mingzhu responds to GREE independent director Liu Shuwei's suggestion: I will try to speak less in the future

According to 21 Finance, on the afternoon of June 30, Zhuhai GREE Electric Appliances Inc. held its 2024 annual shareholder meeting at its headquarters in Zhuhai. Independent director Liu Shuwei praised the quality and standards of GREE's products such as air conditioners and rice cookers based on her personal experiences. She also commended the resumes and performance of the new executive team and suggested to Dong Mingzhu that she should allow the young executive team to take the lead more often. Dong Mingzhu responded to Liu Shuwei on site, indicating that she would try to speak less in the future, implying that she would give more stage to the younger generation
