# OXIRANCHEM's investee company Jihechang has applied for a public offering of stocks and has been accepted for listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, OXIRANCHEM (300082.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notification from its associate company Wuhan Jihachang New Materials Co., Ltd. ("Jihachang") that Jihachang has submitted the application materials for a public offering of shares to unspecified qualified investors and for listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange ("BSE"). The BSE has officially accepted the application.

Jihachang, in which the company holds shares, is a listed company on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system, with the stock abbreviation: Jihachang and stock code: 874693. As of the date of this announcement, the company holds 31.428 million shares of Jihachang, accounting for 37.71% of the total shares
