# HBSXNBM: Float glass production line suspended for cold repair and disposal of tin ingots

According to the announcement from Sanxia New Materials (600293.SH), the company plans to optimize production line efficiency and improve operational efficiency. Considering the design lifespan of the glass production line, the current state of the melting furnace, and the actual production and operation conditions, the company has decided to suspend production and carry out cold repairs on the float glass production line starting recently, with a suspension period of approximately one year.

Given that the float glass production line has entered the suspension and cold repair phase, and after assessment, it has been confirmed that the auxiliary materials used in this production line have shown a decline in purity due to long-term service (specifically manifested as an increase in impurity content, which may affect product quality and subsequent process stability). To effectively revitalize existing assets and avoid asset idleness and value loss due to long-term suspension of the production line, the company's management has conducted careful research and decision-making. It is now proposed to professionally dispose of the 124.9 tons of tin ingot assets recovered during the cold repair of the float glass production line. An evaluation of the aforementioned assets has been commissioned to Hubei Huashen Asset Evaluation and Land Real Estate Valuation Co., Ltd., and it is planned to publicly list the disposal at the Wuhan Optics Valley United Property Rights Exchange.

The disposal of the recovered tin ingot assets from the float glass production line can fully realize the value of the old assets, increase the company's cash flow, and improve asset operational efficiency, which is beneficial for the company's long-term development
