# WANLI NEW ENERGY: Wholly-owned subsidiary plans to borrow no more than 10 million yuan from the controlling shareholder

WANLI NEW ENERGY announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing WanDian New Energy Co., Ltd., intends to borrow funds from its controlling shareholder's concerted actor, Beijing Zhongzhi Hongyuan Data Information Technology Co., Ltd. The total loan amount will not exceed 10 million yuan, with a term of no more than 1 year, and the loan interest rate will not exceed the same period's similar bank loan rates. As of March 31, 2025, Zhongzhi Hongyuan's total assets were 37.1479 million yuan, and net assets were -5.6311 million yuan; from January to March 2025, operating income was 120,100 yuan, and net profit was 120,700 yuan. As of December 31, 2024, Zhongzhi Hongyuan's total assets were 36.3159 million yuan, and net assets were -6.4601 million yuan; in 2024, operating income was 146,600 yuan, and net profit was -791,400 yuan
