WINTAO COMM. announced that its shareholder Weifang Zhongke Haichuang Equity Investment Partnership plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 1.2274 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from June 20, 2025, to September 19, 2025. As of the announcement date, Weifang Zhongke has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 1.215 million shares at an average reduction price of 25.8 yuan per share, accounting for 0.9993% of the company's total share capital. The remaining unliquidated shares are 12,410 shares
