# Amarsoft: Share reduction plan implemented successfully

Amarsoft announced that the share reduction plan of its controlling shareholder Shanghai Amarsoft Technology Development Co., Ltd., one of the actual controllers Gao Ming, and director and deputy general manager Zhai Tao has been completed. Amarsoft Development reduced its holdings by 1,599,400 shares, accounting for 1.16% of the company's total share capital; Gao Ming reduced his holdings by 1,300,200 shares, accounting for 0.94% of the company's total share capital; Zhai Tao reduced his holdings by 900,000 shares, accounting for 0.65% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, Amarsoft Development's shareholding ratio decreased from 29.08% to 27.93%, Gao Ming's shareholding ratio decreased from 6.97% to 6.03%, and Zhai Tao's shareholding ratio decreased from 3.06% to 2.41%
