According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NEWAY (603699.SH) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 7,713,799 restricted shares to the incentive recipients, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. The total number of incentive recipients is proposed to be 154, with a grant price of 15.93 yuan per share
