# CQP: State Investment Transportation plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Chongqing Port (600279.SH) announced that Guotou Transportation plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 11.8687 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the announcement date, starting from fifteen trading days thereafter
