# The actual controller of Hangzhou Gaoxin is proposed to be changed to Lin Rongsheng, and trading will resume on July 2

According to the announcement from Hangzhou Gaoxin (300478.SZ), on June 30, 2025, the company's controlling shareholder Donghang Group signed a "Memorandum" with Beijing Jurong Weiye Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jurong Weiye"). According to the "Memorandum," based on the overall valuation of the listed company at 2.6 billion yuan, Jurong Weiye will acquire 24.1059 million shares (accounting for 19.03% of the company's total share capital) held by Donghang Group through a negotiated transfer, simultaneously completing the transfer of actual control of the listed company to Jurong Weiye. If this transaction proceeds smoothly and is completed, the company's controlling shareholder will change from Donghang Group to Jurong Weiye, and the actual controller will change from Mr. Hu Min to Mr. Lin Rongsheng.

After the company applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company's stock will resume trading starting from July 2, 2025 (Wednesday)
