SAIC-GM-Wuling announced that due to the implementation of the 2024 annual equity distribution, the conversion price of SAIC-GM-Wuling convertible bonds will be adjusted from RMB 19 per share to RMB 18.9 per share. The conversion of SAIC-GM-Wuling convertible bonds will resume on the first trading day after the equity distribution record date. The equity distribution plan is to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 1 for every 10 shares, with the record date being July 8, 2025, and the ex-dividend date being July 9, 2025. The conversion of SAIC-GM-Wuling convertible bonds will be suspended from July 7, 2025, until the equity distribution record date
