QRCB announced that as of June 30, 2025, a total of RMB 310,100 in QRCB convertible bonds have been converted into the bank's A-share common stock, with a total of 63,685 shares converted, accounting for 0.0011% of the total number of common shares issued by the bank prior to the conversion of QRCB convertible bonds. The amount of QRCB convertible bonds that have not yet been converted is RMB 5 billion, accounting for 99.9938% of the total issuance of QRCB convertible bonds
