# JPT plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan for 475,000 shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JPT (688025.SH) has released a draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant 475,000 shares of restricted stock to incentive recipients, accounting for 0.50% of the company's total equity at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Among them, 380,000 shares will be granted in the first grant, with a total of 100 recipients for the first grant, and the grant price (including reserved grants) is set at 36 yuan per share
