# Dongxing New Technology's subsidiary SAIC Hongyan has been applied for reorganization

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dongli Xinke (600841.SH) announced that on July 1, 2025, the company received information from its wholly-owned subsidiary SAIC Hongyan Automobile Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SAIC Hongyan"). The company learned that SAIC Hongyan's creditor, Chongqing Anji Logistics, applied to the Chongqing Fifth Intermediate People's Court for the bankruptcy reorganization of SAIC Hongyan on the grounds that SAIC Hongyan could not repay its due debts and was severely insolvent, but still had restructuring value and feasibility. The Chongqing Fifth Intermediate People's Court filed the case on July 1, 2025 (case number: (2025) Yu 05 Bankruptcy Application No. 436). SAIC Hongyan has not yet received any notification letter from the creditor.

SAIC Hongyan is an important subsidiary of the company and a production and operation platform for heavy truck business. If the reorganization is successfully implemented, it will help resolve SAIC Hongyan's debts and alleviate the company's operational pressure. Although the bankruptcy reorganization application from the applicant has been filed by the court, there is still uncertainty regarding whether SAIC Hongyan will be ruled to enter the reorganization process.
