# Guoke Group's two shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 1.8143% of the shares

According to the announcement from Guoke Group (688543.SH), the company recently received a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter" issued by Yang Minghua and Chen Gonglin, which plans to reduce the number of company shares by no more than 2.0884 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital. It also plans to reduce the number of company shares by no more than 3.7891 million shares through block trading, accounting for no more than 1.8143% of the company's total share capital.
