# ZNHI: The shareholding ratio of Jiangyin Chengbang and Jiangyin Xinguolian passively increased to 30.16%

Zhongnan Culture announced that the cancellation of repurchased shares has caused the shareholding ratio of its controlling shareholders, Jiangyin Chengbang Enterprise Management Development Center and Jiangyin Xinguolian Power Development Co., Ltd., to increase from 29.97% to 30.16%. This acquisition is due to the reduction of capital resulting from Zhongnan Culture's cancellation of repurchased shares, leading to the acquirer's shareholding ratio in Zhongnan Culture exceeding 30.00% of the total issued shares of the listed company, which complies with the exemption from making an offer as stipulated in Article 16 of the Repurchase Rules and the third paragraph of Article 11 of Guideline No. 9
