# The concerted action party of the actual controller of SHANGHAI KAIBAO, Kaiyi Trading, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SHANGHAI KAIBAO (300039.SZ) has recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted actor, Kaiyi Trading, regarding the share reduction plan. Kaiyi Trading plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 10.46 million shares (not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital) within three months starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure of this announcement (from July 23, 2025, to October 22, 2025; during this period, if there is a legal or regulatory window period, no reduction will take place)
