# BAOMING TECH: Three shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by 0.0107%, 0.0714%, and 0.0107% respectively

BAOMING TECH announced in the evening that the company's director and deputy general manager Bayin Jihe, chairman of the supervisory board Ding Xuelian, and employee representative supervisor Jiao Jianghua plan to reduce their holdings of shares through centralized bidding or block trading from July 23, 2025, to October 22, 2025. Bayin Jihe intends to reduce no more than 19,500 shares, accounting for 0.0107% of the total share capital; Ding Xuelian intends to reduce 130,000 shares, accounting for 0.0714% of the total share capital; Jiao Jianghua intends to reduce 19,500 shares, accounting for 0.0107% of the total share capital. The reason for the reduction is the personal funding needs of the shareholders
