Ninestar announced on the morning of July 2nd that the delivery of the major asset sale was completed on July 1, 2025, with an estimated transaction price of USD 90.057206 million on the delivery date. Among them, Xerox Corporation has remitted USD 60.057206 million to the bank account of its Cayman subsidiary II; and has remitted USD 30 million of the escrow amount to an escrow account recognized by both parties in accordance with the Equity Purchase Agreement
