The board of directors has decided to recommend appointing Xianqi Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's auditor for the year ending December 31, 2025, with a term until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders. The company will hold a special general meeting of shareholders to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the appointment of Xianqi Certified Public Accountants as the auditor
