# GRAND FIELD GP sells a subsidiary

GRAND FIELD GP (00115.HK) announced the sale of 100% equity in its subsidiary Jiafeng Industrial for a price of RMB 48,224 (the same below), and the sale of 2,000 non-voting deferred shares held by the seller in Jiafeng for a price of RMB 1,776.

Jiafeng is primarily engaged in property development and property investment, and there are no ongoing property development projects under Jiafeng. The properties held by Jiafeng generated less than HKD 600,000 in revenue for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The sale is expected to have no significant adverse impact on the group's business, operations, and property portfolio
