# Rainbow: Nanchang Chaoyangzhou Rainbow Shopping Center signs property management-related contract

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Rainbow (002419.SZ) has announced that, based on the company's operational needs, its wholly-owned subsidiary Nanchang Rainbow Shopping Mall Co., Ltd. plans to sign a property management-related contract with the Nanchang branch of Hangrui Property Management Co., Ltd. ("Hangrui Property") for a period of 5 years, with a total transaction amount of approximately 15 million yuan. Hangrui Property intends to provide property service management for the Nanchang Chaoyangzhou Rainbow Shopping Center, covering part of the property from the 3rd basement level to the 8th floor of the skirt building in Jiuzhou Shangjun, Xihu District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, with an area of approximately 180,000 square meters
