According to the announcement from A&K Integrated (603929.SH), based on strategic development planning and industrial layout needs, the company intends to invest RMB 20 million as a limited partner using its own funds to participate in the Xiamen Lianhe Phase IV Integrated Circuit Industry Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Lianhe Phase IV Fund"). This fund primarily invests in the semiconductor industry, ICT industry, new materials industry, and other advanced manufacturing sectors, with a target fundraising scale of RMB 500 million and a duration of \[5+2+2\] years (5 years for the investment period, 2 years for the exit period, with a possible extension of 2 years).
