According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BAMC (601137.SH) announced that as of July 2, 2025, the company's controlling shareholder, Bo Wei Group, has cumulatively increased its holdings of the company's shares by 5.7455 million shares through the centralized bidding trading method via the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system, accounting for approximately 0.71% of the company's current total share capital. The total amount of the increase in holdings is RMB 111 million (excluding transaction fees). This has exceeded the lower limit of the intended increase amount range for this increase plan, and the implementation of this increase plan has been completed
