According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHUN TAK HOLD (00242) announced that, effective July 2, 2025, Ms. You Yuxin has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director and a member of the Compensation Committee, Nomination Committee, and Audit and Risk Management Committee; and Ms. He Chaoyun has been appointed as a member of the company's Compensation Committee
