# HIGHPOWER TECHNOLOGY plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HIGHPOWER TECHNOLOGY (001283.SZ) has released a draft of its 2025 employee stock ownership plan. The source of the stocks for the ownership plan will be the company’s repurchased shares from a dedicated securities account. The proposed transfer price for the repurchased target stocks is RMB 27.91 per share (including reserved shares), with a scale not exceeding 2.88 million shares (including reserved shares), accounting for 3.57% of the company's total share capital as of the announcement date of this draft; among them, 280,000 shares are intended to be reserved, accounting for 9.72% of the total number of company stocks intended to be held under this ownership plan.

The duration of this ownership plan will not exceed 48 months, starting from the date when the plan is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the last transfer of the target stocks to the ownership plan is announced by the company
