Urovo announced that shareholder Gejin No. 8 has completed its reduction plan, reducing 1.6394 million shares through centralized bidding from June 25, 2025, to July 1, 2025, at an average reduction price of 21.9 yuan/share, accounting for 0.51% of the total shares, and 0.52% after excluding shares in the repurchase special account. After the reduction, Gejin No. 8 holds 14.8574 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.61% of the total share capital, and 4.67% after excluding shares in the repurchase special account
