# The concerted action party of the actual controller of TRUST&FAR TECH plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TRUST&FAR TECH (300231.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted action parties, Chunda Sapphire No. 6 and Guojin Asset Management Xinjing No. 33, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.4424 million shares (not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from July 24, 2025, to October 23, 2025)
