# Nanjing Business & Tourism issued a profit warning, expecting a net profit attributable to the parent company of 6 million to 9 million yuan for the half-year, a year-on-year decrease of 67.40% to 78.27%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Nanjing Business & Tourism (600250.SH) announced that the company expects to achieve a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company of 6 million to 9 million yuan for the first half of 2025, a decrease of 67.40% to 78.27% compared to the same period last year.

The main reasons for the performance decline are: (1) The impact of non-operating gains and losses: There was a significant investment income recognized due to the bankruptcy liquidation of a subsidiary in the same period last year. (2) Impact on main business: The performance of the subsidiary's tourism services and other business segments has declined compared to the same period last year
