# GOLDEN SUN: Change the purpose of repurchased shares and cancel 1.7692 million shares

GOLDEN SUN announced that it will hold the fourth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 on July 2, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on "Changing the Purpose of Repurchased Shares and Cancellation and Reduction of Registered Capital." It agreed to change the purpose of 1.7692 million shares in the special repurchase securities account from "for implementing equity incentives and/or employee stock ownership plans" to "for cancellation and corresponding reduction of registered capital," and to cancel this portion of repurchased shares.
