# ST MODERN AVENUE plans to apply for the cancellation of other risk warnings and to continue being subject to delisting risk warnings

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST MODERN (002656.SZ) announced that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Stock Listing Rules, the company intends to apply to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the corresponding other risk warning (ST).

Given that the company is subject to delisting risk warning (\*ST), if this cancellation application is approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company's stock will continue to be subject to delisting risk warning (\*ST), and the stock abbreviation will remain "\*ST MODERN," with a daily trading limit of 5% (as per the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Trading Rules" (2023 revision))
