According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LXBY (002884.SZ) announced that its director and deputy general manager, Chen Jiachao, who holds 0.55% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 494,862 shares (accounting for 0.14% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (from July 25, 2025, to October 24, 2025)
