# NRB CORPORATION shareholder Cheng Shangnan and his concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1.6531%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, NRB CORPORATION (002708.SZ) announced that Mr. Cheng Shangnan, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares and a director, along with the shareholder Changzhou Xinde Investment Co., Ltd. ("Xinde Investment"), are acting in concert. They plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 9.2276 million shares (i.e., no more than 1.6531% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special securities account) within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading
