According to the announcement from GGITG (601086.SH), due to Mr. Zhang Guofang's personal funding needs, and in compliance with the legal regulations for share reduction, he plans to reduce his shareholding by no more than 6.66 million shares through centralized bidding within 90 days after 15 trading days from the announcement of this reduction plan, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital.
