On July 3rd, Bailong Chuangyuan announced on its public account that the company has focused its research and development efforts on new generation products such as crystalline allulose since 2014. In 2016, it achieved industrial-scale production of liquid allulose, and in 2019, it overcame technical challenges in crystallization to achieve mass production. It is a participating unit in the preliminary classification of customs import and export tariff codes for allulose. Since 2016, Bailong Chuangyuan has been laying out patents for allulose, and has currently obtained 14 patents, including 8 domestic patents and 6 international PCT patents, covering strains, production processes, and product characteristics
