The photolithography equipment sector led the decline, falling by 1.07%. Among them, KUANGSHUN MATERIAL dropped by 11.06%, Xingye fell by 10.0%, Changqing Technology decreased by 7.97%, and xinyaqiang, Sunlour Pigment, and Neway Materials all fell by over 3%
