According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHIHUA Technology (688093.SH) announced that on July 3, 2025, it received the "Exchange Review Opinion on Suzhou SHIHUA New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.'s Issuance of Shares to Specific Objects" issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The specific opinion is as follows: "Suzhou SHIHUA New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.'s application for the issuance of shares to specific objects meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. The Exchange will submit your company's application documents to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration upon receipt."
