According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Fortune Trend (688318.SH) has announced that due to its own funding needs, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, general manager, and core technical personnel Huang Shan plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares through a combination of centralized bidding and block trading, with a reduction not exceeding 7.6834 million shares, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, to be implemented within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
