# KLM: Fujian Investment Group plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, KLM (600686.SH) announced that, based on the operational needs of Fujian Investment Group, it plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7.1705 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, which means the reduction ratio will not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital
