# The actual controller of Profit C&C plans to reduce holdings by no more than 3% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Profit C&C (300640.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Mr. Wu Tifang plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 9.3298 million shares (including this number) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (from July 25, 2025, to October 24, 2025), which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital
