# TIMES NEIGHBOR: RSM has been appointed as the new auditor

According to the announcement from TIMES NEIGHBOR (09928), the company has stated that it and its auditor Ernst & Young (EY) have failed to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the year ending December 31, 2025. As a result, EY has resigned as the company's auditor, effective July 3, 2025.

Following the recommendation of the audit committee, BDO Limited has been appointed as the new auditor of the company, effective July 3, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by EY's resignation. BDO's term will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
