# Motic Electric: Xieli Hang Co., Ltd. reduced its stake in the company by 1.13%

Motic Electric announced that its shareholder, Hong Kong Xieli Hang Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of 12,417,800 shares within three months after the disclosure date of the pre-announcement of the reduction plan, through centralized bidding or block trading, accounting for 2.4% of the company's total share capital. Recently, the company received a notice from the shareholder Hong Kong Xieli Hang Co., Ltd. regarding the change in equity that triggered a 1% notification. Hong Kong Xieli Hang Co., Ltd. reduced its unrestricted circulating shares by 4,044,100 shares through centralized bidding and by 1,811,500 shares through block trading. After this change in equity, Hong Kong Xieli Hang Co., Ltd. holds 42,721,400 shares of the company, accounting for 8.26% of the company's total share capital
