# Etrol's shareholder Shenzhen High-tech Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Etrol (300370.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Gaoxin Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Gaoxin Investment"), which holds 14.35% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 46.9613 million shares (i.e., no more than 3% of the company's total share capital) through a combination of block trading and centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
