# Boshiac: Lianchuang Future completed a 3% reduction in company shares

Boshiac announced that its shareholder Lianchuang Future has completed its reduction plan, cumulatively reducing its holdings by 30.6768 million shares, accounting for 3.0000% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period was from April 29, 2025, to July 3, 2025, with an average reduction price of 16.22 yuan per share. After the reduction, Lianchuang Future holds 114 million shares of the company, with its shareholding ratio decreasing from 11.9925% to 11.1974%. This reduction will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
