According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ER-KANG (300267.SZ) has released a notice stating that the company's board of directors has approved the proposal regarding the construction of a comprehensive formulation production project by its subsidiary, ER-KANG Tanzania Limited. The company has agreed to allow its holding subsidiary, ER-KANG Tanzania Limited, to use self-raised funds of USD 10 million to invest in the construction of the comprehensive formulation production project, with a construction period of 12 months.
