ANHUI XINBO ALUMINUM announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Tang Kaijian's concerted actor Nanjing Tianding plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3,724,392 shares within three months after the announcement date, through centralized bidding or block trading, accounting for 1.54% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special securities account. The reason for the reduction is that Nanjing Tianding serves as the company's employee stock ownership platform, and this reduction is mainly based on the employees' own funding needs, while fully leveraging the incentive effect of the stock ownership platform on employees
