# MENON plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MENON (301156.SZ) has released a draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 3.14 million restricted shares to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 2.23% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of this incentive plan draft. This grant is a one-time grant, with no reserved rights. The grant price is 10.04 yuan per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of granting the restricted shares until all the restricted shares granted to the incentive recipients have fully vested or become invalid, not exceeding 48 months
